CDM 용어 검색

용어검색

  • 용어매핑 정보는 기관의 데이터를 공통데이터모델(CDM)로 변환 시 사용된 기관의 원천코드 정보와 OMOP CDM 컨셉 아이디간 매핑 된 정보를 말합니다.
    매핑 정보를 조회하기 위해서는 연구를 진행할 기관을 선택한 후 용어매핑 정보가 CDM에 사용된 연도를 선택합니다. 기본적으로 OMOP CDM에서 사용되는 용어들의 표준은 지속적으로 업데이트되며 이로 인하여 용어매핑 정보 버전이 연도별로 달라질 수 있기 때문입니다. 또다른 검색 기준은 기관별 원천 코드와 컨셉 아이디입니다.
    만약에 기관에서 사용하는 원천코드 기준으로 검색을 원하신다면 원천코드의 유형을 다시 한번 선택하셔야 하며, 원천코드 유형은 기관의 코드, KCD7, 수가코드, 약가코드, 치료재료코드, 암등록코드 등이 있습니다.
    마지막으로 검색 조건을 선택 완료한 이후에 원하는 코드/컨셉아이디 혹은 코드/컨셉아이디의 키워드를 검색하시면 됩니다.

용어검색 게시판이며, 원내코드, 원내코드명, 원천도메인, 컨셉ID, 컨셉ID명, 컨셉도메인, 컨셉용어명, 컨셉클래스ID, 원천소스테이블로 구성되어 있습니다.
